Dear Aldrin Families,
On Thursday, November 21st the Aldrin staff, along with the help of the PTA, will host the Aldrin Thanksgiving Luncheon; we look forward to having you join us for what had become a very special tradition prior to the pandemic.
Due to the large number of individuals who typically join their child for lunch, it is necessary to take reservations and have families pre-pay for this meal if they plan to attend. This procedure will help the luncheon run more smoothly. Guest tickets are $4.75 each (adults and children/siblings who are not Aldrin students). As always, Aldrin students will use their regular cafeteria account to purchase the Thanksgiving lunch; you can check your student’s cafeteria balance any time at www.myschoolbucks.com. If you want your child to purchase the Thanksgiving lunch, but they normally bring lunch, you can log into www.myschoolbucks.com to add funds. Aldrin student lunches are $3.25. Alternatively, you can send in money (cash/check made payable to Aldrin Food Services) for your child’s lunch or for yours. Add money now so that you’re ready!! Families needing financial assistance to purchase lunch(es) should contact Principal Wolfe, @email .
Please complete the reservation/RSVP process for yourself and your guests who will enjoy the Thanksgiving lunch and return by, Monday, November 18, 2024.

If your child (or you) would prefer not to purchase the Thanksgiving entrée, please bring a bag lunch since only the turkey entrée will be available on that day. NO a la carte items will be available. Please feel free to join your child, even if you do not plan to eat.

Preschool and Multi-Age teachers will coordinate with their students’ parents for more specific information and times.
An opportunity to chat with your principals will be ongoing in the Office Conference Room, near the lobby. Please stop in to say hello!

Please return this form for each student along with the correct cash/check in a sealed envelope to your child’s teacher by Monday, November 18th. Checks should be made payable to Aldrin Elementary School Food Service.
