Each year FCPS strives to recognize outstanding staff throughout the county. This is an opportunity to recognize our staff. Both staff and community members can nominate Aldrin staff.  If you would like to nominate an Aldrin Elementary staff member for the FCPS Outstanding Employee Award in one of the categories below, please click on one of the links. You may nominate one employee in one or more categories.  All that is required for this preliminary nomination is a brief statement about how this employee demonstrates exceptional work in the criteria for that category. Nominators will be an important part of the process for completing a formal nomination packet for the staff members who advance to the next FCPS recognition round.
