Spring Break - April 3-7

Wishing everyone a safe and happy Spring Break!
See you back at school Monday, April 10, 2023.

SOL Testing | May 1 - May 26 | Retakes May 30 - June 2

Please mark your calendars. It is important your child is at school for these assessments.
There is very little time allotted for make-up sessions for absent students
3rd - 6th Grades will be taking SOLs in reading and math.
5th Grade will also be taking science.
Parent Permission is needed to retest.
The form must be completed before April 28, 2023, if you have not already returned a paper copy.

Kindergarten Orientation - April 13, 2023, 3:00 p.m.

Aldrin is hosting a Kindergarten Registration/Orientation session on Thursday, April 13, 2023, beginning at 3:00 p.m.
Rising fall of 2023 Kindergarten students and parents welcome.
We have a program for both parents and students.

March 13 - Superintendent Dr. Michelle Reid and Fairfax County Police Chief Kevin Davis hosted nearly 400 families, staff, and community members for a conversation on the dangers of fentanyl.

Elementary Magnet School Online Application Lottery Will Be Open March 1, 2023 - April 12, 2023

Registration opens on March 1, 2023, at 8:30 a.m. and closes on Wednesday, April 12, 2023, at 4 p.m
There are no exceptions for late applications.
Status notification emails will be sent by April 14, 2023.
Information sessions - February 13, 15, and 17 (Note these are for different schools)
