Mark your calendar for Friday, March 27th! We are excited to kick off the inaugural Aldrin Fun Run! The Fun Run is a great opportunity to come together as a community to Fun(d)raise in support of Aldrin. The PTA is looking to fund improvements to the existing playground; to incorporate new state-of-art equipment and sun shades in addition to the ongoing activities and resources the PTA funds every year!
This March we will be gifting every child and staff member an Aldrin Fun Run shirt and beginning Friday, March 6th students will be able to start collecting donations. Students will have access to a web-based site (www.aldrinfunrun.com) as well as a paper-based form to collect donations from family and friends across the globe in support of their 10 laps.
Goal - $35,000 - We can do this!
Donations can be made in paper/cash form or online donations
Pep rally kick off is Friday, Mar 6th
The actual run is on Friday, March 27th during the school day
All grade levels get a 40 minute clock to run the 10 laps
The class that raises the most money will earn a pizza party
Each grade level works as a team and will have their own team page on the website
